- Each manager, supervisor and employee shall be responsible for meeting Crestech’s quality standards and be accountable for his or her individual performance and the performance of those working under his or her supervision.
- Crestech shall ensure that its subcontractors apply quality standards which are fully compatible with international standards.
- Crestech shall provide adequate resources and training to ensure that its activities are performed in a safe and professional manner.
- Crestech shall ensure that all quality incidents are duly noted, investigated and that corrective action is implemented and communicated across the company.
- Crestech shall ensure that a comprehensive reporting and audit system is developed to measure its performance against set goals and objectives, and that these reports are formally reviewed by Management.
- Quality teams shall be both empowered and accountable.
