The organisational structure of CresTech is hierarchical with each process having a reporting line as well as a communication line to support operations. CresTech has a staff compliment of 150 professionals with 100% of its staff being Nigerians. It accomplishes an annual engineering capacity of 200,000 man-hours which we aim to double in the coming years.

The company resources include all necessary disciplines to perform any project in oil & gas with a strong emphasis on project management, process design and general engineering.
