  • CresTech shall ensure that its subcontractors apply Quality standards which are fully compatible with those of CresTech.
  • CresTech shall provide adequate resources and training to ensure that its activities are performed in a safe and professional manner.
  • CresTech shall ensure that all Quality incidents are duly noted, investigated and that corrective action is implemented and communicated across the company.
  • CresTech shall ensure that a comprehensive reporting and audit system is developed to measure its performance against set goals and objectives, and that these reports are formally reviewed by management.
  • Quality teams shall be both empowered and accountable.
